Product Partnership Program Levels
SmartSub product partnerships are separated into three program levels:

Foundation Level
Foundation partners are companies whose solutions are compatible with SmartSub but are not ready to take advantage of cooperative marketing programs. At the foundation level, organizations share technical support, training, and API and device driver documentation with DevSci, enabling DevSci to support their products within SmartSub. -
Premier Level
The products of premier partners complement and interoperate with SmartSub software. These products are tested rigorously by DevSci and carry the “SmartSub Ready” insignia as a mark of quality, compatibility, and market readiness. In addition, DevSci cooperatively markets and sells its premier partners’ products. -
Strategic Level
Strategic partners work closely with DevSci to develop and market their products to current and prospective SmartSub customers. Significant resources are committed to this task by both parties, including dedicated sales and technical resources and a mutually agreed upon market development fund (MDF).
Product Partnership Requirements
In order to participate at any partnership level, a company must meet the following eligibility guidelines:
- Strong financial health
- Dedicated alliance resources
- Close fit between SmartSub and partner’s products and/or services
- Customer references
Additionally, partners must pay an annual partnership fee (amount varies with partnership level) and submit their products to DevSci’s product validation testing to ensure that our products work together seamlessly.
